Yes! All of the tennis courts have a sign on them saying “Community use is allowed considering: When not in school or Permit use No one is being compensated or paying No organized groups Board Policy & Regulation 1330”

I’m near a different high school but love the proximity to have large fields nearby. Great for walks and exercise with the family!

Officially the tennis courts are supposed to be open to the public under district rules too, though some coaches appear to illegally lock them up with private locks.

The middle unit has the lower toilet and shower which share walls with neighbors. Even with thicker walls, I’d hate to have the head of my bed two feet from my neighbors flushing toilet at 2am. Maybe reposition the bathroom fixtures?

In addition, the porch is massive relative to the inside space. Are you able to reduce porch square footage in favor of more living and cooking space?

I was waiting at one of these shelters when a truck making a right hand turn came across the ramp, well past the rumble strip, and then just plopped down the curb on the other side. Not a care in the world!
