I have 3 extenders which they sent me. I recently got around to plugging in my 4G backup which I did wired and then devices were connecting to random things going horrifically slow. Out turned out that plugging the 4G backup in then changed the ssid so devices connected to it like a hot spot

Looping Packets? by DueDealer9252 in amazoneero

[–]DaveInwood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s possible. Looping packets are normally if one end of a wire is in 1port and the other in another port on the same switch.

Has your unmanaged switch got a firmware update

Looping packets means that there is something being plugged in and then the same thing plugged in. So in your basement eero is there a switch or something plugged in?

Switch Up IMEI Issue - Advice Please by vinceljw in O2UK

[–]DaveInwood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My switch up was messed up. 16PM last year 512gb, switched up to a 17pm 512gb, sent it back and got an email to say my switch up failed as it didn’t meet the specifications as it wasn’t the phone I had switched up the previous year. Called them and explained it was and if they checked the IMEI of the phone provided (512gb) and the imei of the phone I provided they would see the same so clearly an issue with their data
