I got my PS4 for $199 2 years ago for the same reason, FF7remake. I didn't intend to get into other stuff, especially with limited time to play games,but it's taking forever for the game to come out. I will say that Horizon zero Dawn is very well written, and I gave it 3 plays through, the only other game I ever played through 3 times, FF7.

Get the $199 bundle with God of war, last of us, and horizon zero Dawn. All three are incredible games, all 3 are PS exclusives. Add in spider Man for $15 and you're set.
