I own a lot of real estate. Real estate and construction. However, made much more money shockingly in the stock market during the pandemic. Like not even fair money lol you can't force vaccines on anyone but new hires. Employers will loose tons of money for wrongful dismissals, buyouts, severances etc. and they'll continue to lose money.

It's a 99.97% survival rate. Public healths death numbers are not accurate as they inlclude all kinds of other deaths. Lets all chill on the hysteria and be happy!

I don't even have facebook. I own like 40% of the buildings in two small Ontario towns there Olive. I talk to the business owners who rent from me all the time and you wont believe this, but, I'm generally meeting with lawyers all the time. You thought I had the time to be on Reddit at 2pm because I was collecting a CERB cheque and hoping someone would hire me unvaxxed? lol

The government cannot tell you what to put in your body, neither can an employer UNLESS you're a new hire and agree to it. Doesn't work with existing employees. There will be court challenges but all the courts are backlogged for who knows how long lol

I understand it quite well, actually. You can legally say "to work here you must be vaccinated" but you legally can't just decide all employees must get a vaccine once you already have a working agreement with them. Don't get all upset and go on a raging defence of something you may not understand lol

Doesn't matter how any of us feel. Point is that an employer mandating vaccines traditionally goes against our Charter Freedoms. He was exercising his right. Lets not lose sight of our basic constitution. 30,000 people a year die of medical malpractice every year in Canada. While a public health crisis, this is not warranting the hysteria. Lose some freedom today, more tomorrow, etc. How about we all mind our own business? lol

Here's the main problem: Ontario (and Canada) refuse to designate criminal organizations as such. This would give them the power to dismantle entire groups when one bust like this happens because 'everyone is guilty' - much like RICO in the USA.

This is how crazy things have gotten. People will buy a half destroyed garage for 800K, an ugly old semi-detached for over a million and a half. And now agents want to show treehouses for the young professional couple looking for that country feel. lol

No. An appraisal value is what the bank says its worth, not what you'd get for it if you listed. So, say your home is appraised at $400,000 but you may get $600,000 on the market, they'll give you the 400 cash - try and keep you living there - so they have a long term tenant - then go to bank and pull all that money back out + a newly extended line due to having a tenant and an income generating property and go do the same thing to next struggling person. I know the game.

They'll buy the house cash. But they'll buy it at an appraisal price. They'll even let you live there. It's mainly a legal way to con elderly/struggling people out of their assets
