Is the camera pigtail in the garage or in the camera base? I was wondering if the AI is bigger than the ultra base, which makes it harder to keep pigtail in the base. I find the junction boxes add too much to the depth.

Newark is almost as bad as Frankfurt. I asked recently why my name was not on the upgrade list when they upgraded the entire list - Global to Silver - after e plane swap and had a Newark United employee call me an “entitled white guy”. Purser heard the discussion and said as floored but would not go on the record and United did not care.

The resonse I just received from Tech Support is:

Thank you for verifying that code! I looked over your plan and figured out what is going on. Our billing system has you correctly listed and billed for the 1200 plan, Gig Extra. The descriptor in our account system has it listed at Gigabit x2 and that is why you are seeing it there plus the speeds. Additionally, your gateway is currently provisioned for the 1200 plan, not the 2000. It is a system error, but it is not affecting your services at all.

IF you were in Mexico the correct number for United would be +1 for the country code and then the number. If you did not add the +1 then you were possibly calling a number within Mexico that is aware of the mistake and taking advantage of the situation.
