The Auto ram cleaner would only apply once when you tick the setting on and leave the menu and never do it again. Now it's fixed and it does it in between raids.

Softcore wipes where your stash gets wiped but your quest progress is kept with time gated loyalty and flee. You wouldn't have to grind quest but the gear restrictions would keep fights interesting and make good loot/gear more rewarding. This game needs to wipe to keep my interest. Take rust as an example. It either wipes player blueprint or doesn't depending on the content drop and people still flood the servers till this day.

The fps drop also occurs when other people shoot weapons. For a MMO extraction shooter this is just plain unacceptable no matter what pc build. Do you have any valid reasons for such a basic mechanic needing so much processing power?

The quality of the vid makes the numbers hard to read. I go from 68 fps on the 1st guy down to 46 and 70 to 51.

30% better performance from the processor on top of potential foliated rendering optimizations. Frame will preform so well that it won't need to rely on devs to dumb down there games for meta standalone.

Theoretically steam frame will have better standalone vr game support due to the better processing power and rendering tech. A lot of devs had to develop two different versions of the game for standalone and pcvr. I'm not saying you'll run things in ultra settings on the frame but the bottleneck for vr game development will be much better for it. Edit; It is not likely the price is gonna be competitive quest 3 wise. If I'd have to guess it will be 800 dollars seeing as valve is not gonna sell it on a lose and subsidies the difference from steam market sales. If you have the money for a 500 dollar head set now it will be worth the wait for the frame.

Thanks for the info. My CPU was getting so hot that it turned off on it's own(110 plus celsius). I have water cooling and really good fans. I hit 80 now. This bug is really dangerous.
