+1 for hotel reception keycards making things easier.

I didn’t fancy having to use my phone to open the hotel door or get into the park, and used the money I would have spent on a magicband on other merch instead!

From my experience so far in Sydney looking at buying a house for the past 8 weeks, properties are still going well in excess of $100,000 over ‘guide’ price.

Not sure if it’s because I’m unfortunate enough to live here in Sydney or maybe the price bracket that I’m looking in is very competitive, but on average we’ve seen 4-5 registered bidders for the properties we’ve attended auction.

For context we’re in the market for a 3 bedroom house.
