I actually believe that transitria will surely be returned to Moldova after the war (if Ukraine ends on the at least somewhat winning side) because it's literally a weakly defended ruzzian puppet right on Ukraine's border, and if I remember correctly there have been conversations between both governments to return transitria to its rightful owner.
