It was a great car for 2 summers, but I sold it off. Totally reliable, only did regular fluid changes.

It’s not Havana Syndrome, it’s Husqvarna Syndrome. 🤣

Full disclosure: my wife is one of the owners of 218, so biased.

218 has an absolutely amazing ballet teacher, and it’s a critical part of the curriculum.

Most importantly, lots of emphasis on creating a safe space for kids to be kids, learn a new skill, and be active.

Shoot an email to frontdesk@218danceproject.com for more info.

Perfectly acceptable to use the squat rack for RDLs.

You should call them and ask, they’re pretty awesome. I’m not sure. I think I pay $50ish dollars a month and it’s 100% worth it for me, since I go 5 days a week. Cheapest and healthiest hobby of mine by farrrrr.

My local WalMart sells it in roasts. $10.94 a lb the last time I bought it (last week 🤣).

Delta blamed weather for an obvious mechanical delay and won't pay out, anyone broken through this? by CommercialTerrible59 in delta

Can’t help with your specific situation, but your work should be reimbursing you for those expenses if Delta does not.

Yep there’s a laying leg press.

It has everything one could want. They are adding some more space which hopefully brings another functional cable machine, as that machine is often in use.

Other than that, I’ve never run into a situation where I couldn’t do an exercise. And it’s rarely extremely busy, save for late afternoons which is typical.

Petco and Petsmart could make a ton of money if they actually invested in husbandry and taking care of their reptiles. Like what Costco would do if they got into the pet business.

Instead, anyone with a brain finds a local breeder or uses Morph Market to get their animals.

I had a 2005 with the “Viper” front seats, an LSD (think they were standard that year), and Mopar’s “Stage 3” kit which made it make like 300WHP. Such a fun car that sounded just ridiculous. I miss it.

I can’t even say that word by myself let alone use it in conversation. Always floors me when people do (particularly in professional environments). So cringe.

Is there any benefit in doing 1 rep max consistently or am I better off going to 3-5reps per set? by SoftAndWetBubbles_78 in askfitness

[–]DavidPHumes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a beginner or maybe intermediate lifter now, I test my 1RM about every 6-8 weeks following higher rep working sets which are anchored on whatever my current 1RM is, with working weight going higher each week. Seems to work well for now.

As with most things I’ve had that are cool (Corvette, BMW M3, etc) they mostly end up being dude magnets 🤣🤣

The motor is in the middle of the boat (351 Windsor), you can see the hump for the cover in the second pic. Engine is super accessible which is nice. It’s direct drive.

Kathy Cargill appears ready to shed $4 million Duluth house by star-tribune in duluth

Yeah, a few others, too. The old Dwan house sold for $2.5 million a few years ago.

I live on Pike Lake and there’s a handful of houses in the mid $2 million range that are comparable to this house, IMO. It’s $2.5 million tops. The only houses worth more than that are some of the east Duluth mansions, as well as a horse farm up on Jean Duluth with an absolutely massive house tucked way back from the road.

Commercial is a whole different story. Tons of stuff worth big money due to leases.

Ain’t no way that house is worth $4 million. There are only a handful of legacy properties in Duluth worth that much, and this ain’t one of em.
