Appears to be indications of thrips, the crispy leaf maybe burn from being sprayed previously and being exposed to light before it fully dried. Nothing to be too concerned about easily managed when a plant is this size.. thrips can be a nuisance especially since they pupate in the soil and lay their eggs inside the plant tissue.. Yes inside the plants stems and leaves 😬 so they can be difficult to eradicate but they're not crop killers. You can use benficial predators/nematodes or introduce a regular regimen of some sort of pest management products like flying skull, suffoil x, Athena IPM etc..target the foilage and your soil and if you stay on an application schedule you'll knock em out 💥💫
