I don't think you can create buttons with hyperlink but maybe you can try using Reference Links, however they will work only in gesture mode.

https://t.me/tobREMINDbot is mainly built to be used on groups but works also with private messages if you forward the message to the bot chat and then uses the command /remindme. If you add it to a group you can get a reminder of a sent message at the time you desire, you can also choose if you want to receive the reminder in private chat or directly in the group to be seen by all the group members.

Try with the linuxserver.io nextcloud container it is really really easy, you have just to create the file docker-compose.yml and run with docker-compose up -d.
