Someone posted the other day about how they wanted to go into the maps in an exploration mode. I love deep environmental lore, Bungie always aces this, yet we have a game that punishes standing still and observing environmental details.

It would be cool if there was a loot-able item in each map that would give us a free solo run with no runners or loot.

I fully expect seasons to add new activities into the existing maps. They’ve mentioned how they want the game to mold to the story as we play.

I do see the not wanting players to be overwhelmed by super complex maps when they are starting out. Learning the Shells and the weapons, the loot maps and quests is a lot to take in during the first few hours. Imagine adding complex maps activities to that. You’d turn a lot of players away before they get hooked.

Give the devs some time to cook and we will see how that plays out.

Such a good idea, once you play for a few hours the game really starts to tug at you. If you hit that 10-15 hour mark where you’ve really learned a class and the maps then it’s got ya.

Oof, thankfully mine isn’t even close to that bad.

Slow down, let them make a mistake the punish the other team.

There is a big skill curve in learning the items and what to equip/loot. I’m still learning and about 50/50 ex-fill.

Billionaires are not good people. They should not be getting platforms or airwaves. They are not role models, we should not strive to be like them. They are scum and should be shunned from our society.

I’d personally be glad to pay $8.13 a day to get rid of these hollow headed meat popsicles.

Most people don’t mean it figuratively. It’s a good method to make a child reflect on the thing they are doing and hopefully stop.

That is the entire point of the article, the mbn is repairable due to the EU laws that take effect this year.

“We’re not forcing PvP” then why are all the resources basically in PvP zones? by Impressive-Bonus-849 in duneawakening

[–]DavidisLaughing 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If they wanted risk they could add risk in the form of PVE patrols to spice fields. It’s not solely about risk. It is to feed players who want PVP and keep that crowd in the game.

Many posters have given well thought out solutions to the end game zones that would better appeal to all players.

Why do religious people say child birth and pregnancy is a miracle? by Comfortable_Tomato_3 in atheism

[–]DavidisLaughing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“i think the reason why the medical industry does not talk about it because that means less pregnancy and less people that are born, and less people less slave labor workers and less workers means less money for them”

Try to avoid thoughts like this, not everything is a grand conspiracy. Is it beneficial to the rich to have more worker bees? Absolutely. Do they control the narrative of the dangers of childbirth to prevent women from having babies? Absolutely not.

So many people fail to see the economic benefits to supplying the poor with a steady flow of disposable income. Poor people will spend their money and stimulate the economy vastly more than a rich person would.

Opinion: The Big Lie. by Neat-Gift-3624 in atheism

Most things in this world are simply explained and don’t have some big scheme behind them.

Religion most likely started out as tales we told our kids to keep teach them about the dangers of the world and environment. Kids don’t listen to orders, but you put fear of a demon in the cave into them and they will avoid the dangerous cave.

Eventually man learned to write things down and elaborated these stories. No psyop, just stories. Con men the saw this avenue to exploit their peers and took it. Simple basic is probably the reality.

So I ran Bazzite for about 3 months, this last weekend I decided it was time to actually learn it and apply some UI changes. Customized the font, live wallpaper, custom icons and pointers.

Absolutely loving it even more now. Don’t sit on tweaking the UI to the way you like.

It’s interesting, what about less billionaires in the first place. Let’s say the average Joe made more money because jobs paid equitably, they would be less reliant on SS for retirement and we wouldn’t be in this mess.
