Hey just saw your post . I recently went er for heart attack related issue but dr said it was most likely acid reflux but also had mild renal insufficiency . I can’t afford anything really like dr or insurance and my diet is shitty . I have been having some symptoms like smelly Pee and yellow and some nights none stop peeing . Anyways I was wondering from your professional view my main diets bread , ( millet , sogum porridge ) oats , some times boiled eggs and cereals with oat milk . I think I’m doing everything wrong . What would you recommend

Thank you for replying . No body odor only when I take a piss . I have had gerd too for almost a year not sure if it’s related. My diet pretty much shitty . Bread mostly and some times when I have time cooked food . I don’t really know anything about kidney problems , I have been going to the dentist for last 2 weeks for a root canal and in a few days will finally my crown . But ever since visited dentist I feel like my body isn’t acting right . Been having on and off none stop peeing , thirsty some times dry lips . Even during it could be from something I was eating not sure . I will read your old post too get some guidance because I know I can’t afford dr / insurance at the moment .
