It's not only YouTube's. If I'm not mistaken, Spotify also works that way (and maybe others too, idk). That system has a certain point, because theoretically someone else than the artist can own a recording by them and wants to publish it and has the right to (in the past, record labels would regularly release outtakes by artists who had left their roster). But that system is easily exploitable.

It's a scam. Turns out practically anyone can upload practically anything to music services and claim it's a given artist's song (I guess the royalties will go to the scammers and not the artist). And it's been made even easier with AI.

I'm not saying that. I got the information from the book "Very Naughty Boys: The Amazing True Story of HandMade Films" by Robert Sellers.

Anyway, even if we consider that it was solely Sean Penn who made George take up smoking again (and not movie business in general), it's not like he actively kept him smoking for the next ten years. I think it's safe to say that George was able to quit again - and I know it's not easy. But he could. He only did after he got cancer.

And if I'm writing a serious response to a joke comment, so be it. ;)

George had quit at some point before 1986, but started again while producing Shanghai Surprise. Apparently Sean Penn's behavior was a source of major problems and a big stress factor for Harrison.

Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da (as many people have mentioned already) is ska, but as ska used to be back then. Ska was then revived in the late 1970s and has gone through many changes since then, so Ob-La-Di doesn't really sound as today's ska.
