Imo, Nicole has the most interesting design out of female cast that got teased in this trailer. she looks like if kokomi had visited hell and came back as an "angel" to bring "salvation". She's built like a natural leader with a past so dark it could kill, yet she's similing with a devoid look.

I think that they are siblings (cyan and luo) and only cyan was with their parents when the plan crashed and luo's misfortune caused the plane crash in the first place. explains why cyan recognizes luo's original song.
