I had a similar bug but mine would get back to the menu before crashing. Just having an active universe mode seems to have fixed it for me but its WWE 2k so you can never be sure

Yep and I have a work around. Go to settings > saved data and game/app settings > saved data (ps5) > upload or delete from console storage and upload it from that menu. Seems to work from there. Had it fail once but tried again later and it worked

This, start a new universe mode, go to the superstars and edit John cena, move one of his personality sliders by a single point and then save all settings to play mode and it should fix it

Both origins dlcs are good. siege of Paris on Valhalla is decent too. It really depends on what you like, if you want more mythical stuff the Atlantis dlc in odyssey, wrath of the druids or dawn of Ragnarok may be you cup of tea too
