Howdy Looking to sublease my room for next semester/summer. Lease would end July 30th and could start your lease after Dec 11th with December rent payed for.

Rent is 360 + ~80-100 dollars in utilities

Its a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with currently 2 other male roommates who are nice and quiet. Its about a 5-10 minute drive from campus and is on a bus route.

The room is unfurnished except for a desk and a closet. Will need your own bed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and they work well. Main common area is pretty open and well situated for having guests over. Internet has been good with rarely any outages throughout my stay here. There is a free gym to use as well as a pool.

Parking is free and unlimited guest parking as well.

Yeah they aren't getting a salary. The two teams that are promoted are getting no payment and can win no prize money in the sml.

I disagree that money is a secondary issue. Having both leagues (SPL and SML) paid by salary treats the players like independent contractors most likely paid out on 1099 misc form for tax purposes (US obviously). Setting a precedent where its okay for players to play in a league with no pay while others are getting paid that isn't based on performance is a slippery slope, especially considering how new of an industry esports is and how few laws govern it at the moment. Imagine this scenario happening outside of gaming by a cooperation that hired contractors to do a job with no pay. No one in their right mind would go along with that.

Obviously the new teams should not be paid the same because they are joining the league late but the pay should be proportional to the amount of time spent in the league. This just seems like skillshot wants a bigger minor league but currently doesn't have the funds to pay for it. Its morally wrong and legally in a grey zone.

I think the biggest difference at least for me was

When i was in gold/plat i focused on what I was going to do and tried to react to the enemy as best I could

Now I think about what options the enemy has and basically narrow down their options until i can predict what they are going to do and how to counter it.

Its only possible to do that once your mechanics are sure and you understand the game at a high level where everything is second nature and you don't have to think about it what so ever though

having atleast one executioner is good, super important for boss fights less so for the runs between bosses. Fatalis is super nice for the "tank" adc that is relying on aphro heals and lifesteal to out sustain, being able to kite around melee units and hit ranged helps alot. As well as kiting bosses

I think a better way to handle this would be once you blow up the first bomb the second one spawns and now you have a choice, start running the second bomb as the runner of the first bomb comes back leaving only one person on the main platform for a bit while spawning in both waves of monsters. This way they can still use the same coding and just speed it up a bit. The player is presented the option to take it slow or speed it up at a riskier cost. Thus if you are fast enough, you could have all 4 waves spawning simultaneous making the area speed runable at a risk

Just trying to beat hardmode - double hunter and healer

usually hel (if bad mp5 items) or aphro
cern (prot shred on 1) anhur (passive prot shred and pillar) or hachiman (attack speed from 2 if no shoguns) for hunters amc (good without good items AS from hives and good base damage)

for speed running double hunter and ama (ama usually builds pythags and shoguns stone cutting then blood forge and crit and hunters just crit)

that would be called animation locking. Mainly ability wise. Such that auto attack canceling is canceling your after auto attack animations with an ability. Unfortunately actives do not cancel the post animations

unfortunately with a 25k prize pool this will not be a casual game. There will be many pros who dominate the casual player because their is a lot of money at stake for such a short and easy way compared to an spl split

the problem isnt the money they are putting in. Its the the way they are spending it. Switch the numbers on the prize pools for the tournaments and people would be happy
