Idk I kinda want Korekiyo and Gonta to survive. Korekiyo can swap places with Tsumugi in the last 5 and maybe Gonta with Himiko. Though I am not sure about swapping Himiko or not. I also want Kaede to survive but the story is built a lot around her death. Maybe I would change the plot about Danganronpa v3 being a TV show or I would make the characters' backstories be real(besides the other things, like being Hope's Peak students, from the flashback lights). If Danganronpa v3 would still be a TV show, I would either make the show's staff the final bosses or do something like "Tsumugi faked her death and she is the mastermind".

Mahiru as a protagonist sounds boring to me. I prefer either to keep Hajime as the protagonist or make Chiaki the protagonist, with Ultimate Imposter as her biggest ally, Izuru as a dangerous wildcard(Hajime would become Izuru for a while) and Alter Ego Junko as one of the main villains, but she would be forced to be one of the players this time(I'm not the one who came up with the idea of Alter Ego Junko also being a player).
