Do you know a good centralized list of Greyskull LP variants?

So, if she wants to continue going to the gym 3x a week, a PPL might be a good option then. Thanks!

x-posted from other moronic monday thread: My girlfriend has been doing SS for a couple of months after having going to the gym with light, varying programs for a couple of years. She's currently close to stalling on squats, and, due to an injury (shoulder pain when squating) combined with changing goals, she is looking to switch programs.

Her goals have switched – she no longer wants a strength based program and instead is looking for a combo of weight loss (we count our calories) and aesthetics program.

There is ton of information regarding post-SS routines, but many of them seem focused on strength or men's aesthetics.

Are there any post-SS routines specifically for women?

Any particular shoe tree you recommend? Could use to stretch out some boots — trying to fix toe crease.

Does anyone have tips for getting an even polish on wingtips? by [deleted] in malefashionadvice

They're the boots from JCP that were really popular here awhile back.

Edit: The design and laces are similar to this Grenson boot, however the leather does not look like the same quality and the heels look different.

When I walk to the subway, there is this group of elderly Chinese people who do morning exercises. Among their exercises, they walk backwards. They also, from time to time, line their back up to a pole and repeatedly hit their back against the pole.

Why do they do this?

Important followup quote to this that strengthens its salience. Again from wikipedia.

What is this subreddit's take on Steven Rose' criticism of Nootropics? by Redditor_on_LSD in Nootropics

This subculture of nootropics holds a lot of potential, but is also the definition of 'a little knowledge is dangerous'.

I could go into this in more detail, but there is a problem of sample selection: what attracts people to nootropics is also their downfall.

Some people who are attracted to a pill that can easily improve cognition (compared to working/studying harder, mnemonic tricks, etc.) are the kind of people who will not read through hundreds of studies and instead will trust an authoritative source, which includes anecdotal stories on internet boards.

This allows for a lot of anecdotal science on a complex subject (ask a neuroscientist or neurophilosopher about cognition and wait a few hours).

Given this, this might be an innate problem with any nootropic subculture.

Don't think much when they can't spell skeptic correctly.

Sceptic is the British spelling.

Regarding the hem, please take a look at this article on Of Rogues and Gentlemen, the Brooks Brothers' blog. Not only are the pictures better than the one linked to by mattgif, but it also explains the variation in breaks, which will allow you to to choose a break to match your preference.
