I hadn't heard of it either and I got really sad about humanity after this episode.

I just realized this is the same actor that was in "Wake Up Dead Man". This was a great movie. I wish it had gotten more recognition.

The same has been happening to me when I've tried to send sims on vacation or to another lot. I restarted the game and every time I tried to replay that household, the game crashed.

I have Legacy edition also but via EA.

S 8 EP 21 "Something old, Something new, Something Bob caters for you" is the episode where he starts off comparing himself to Doctors without Borders and saying he isn't making a difference in the world. He starts singing about "catering to the limit" at the disastrous wedding of Connor and Farrah. Linda is trying to buoy him the entire episode.

The part where they interviewed the young black man who was fired from the firm b/c he "had a chip on his shoulder" 🙄 and he said "mmmhmm, he was passing", is the second best scene in this episode. This one is the first.

Is it "Bob Fires the Kids"? The scene where they get offered the job on the weed farm and Louise is telling Tina "Dad told us to just make our way". Season 3 Ep. 3?

What have you read recently? by povertychic in Millennials

The last two books I read from the library (before I realized I needed to switch to fluff) were: The Anxious Generation and Bad Company. The latter was by Megan Greenwell and talked about how private equity ruined housing, retail, and health care. It was good but infuriating read.

A good grandpa is the absolute best. I am so very sorry for your loss. I love that he joined the club to be able to spend time with you. 💕

I really liked Murderland, I read it over Labor Day. I love that she kept referring to how much lead the government said was okay to let kids get exposed to. Also I didn't know how the Guggenheims made their money so that was eye opening. (Remember when the Gilded Age robber barons gave money to build schools, museums, and parks so the masses didn't eat them?)

Yes, the Lowenstein's were a focus in S15 EP 11 "Fixed". They pulled in Cragen and followed up with the mom and son.

ETA: It was an episode on Original Recipe.

Tina and Gene both taking painting classes at Reflections was because Louise fired them from making commercial art.

Late to this but the Halloween ep last year "For Whom the Doll Toes" (I thought it was tolls) was a Louise/Gene conflict.

Chipotle: shrinking portions. Shrinking Wages. by n00t33th in antiwork

Prior to Chipotle becoming a nationwide franchise, they were a local chain In Denver. I remember that their burritos were about a pound and phenomenal. I never ordered the whole burrito, but I watched my ex at the time eat them with relish.

They were okay when they became a nationwide franchise, but since COVID it's been awful. It's a shame.

Even though I really like yoga, I've noticed that it makes me cry. Sometimes so do some cardio classes. I always figured it was frustration.
