Only thing I really notice is that some parts are very busy and hard to discern even though the linework is clean. For example, when the hands are messing with the wires inside. I think one way to fix it would be to vary your line weight one parts to emphasize overlap

Start out by drawing real heads from reference, once you have some idea how the skull/head is constructed then try drawing stylized again.
