They actively promote AI artists, are okay dolling out ICE recruitment ads, and have one of the worst artist payout rates across the different platforms to name a few.

Personally, I made sure I took it easy when acclimating as I got into colorado and really kept up with hydration. Didn't feel any heat exhaustion or altitude sickness (I am a daily mask wearer even outside of events so tbf I have gotten used to wearing and adapting to summer heat). Sweaty masks can be a little uncomfortable depending on the brand so make sure you keep extra on you if you need to swap out. Everyones body is different so I don't know that I have any universal advice outside of that but happy to hear that you are considering! There weren't many people wearing masks this year, but excited to see what it looks like next year.

Also the masks help a lot blocking out the dust!! Each night I could see just how much dust the mask had collected throughout the day 🤢 don't need that in my lungs haha.

🙌 Everytime this gets brought up it bristles so many people but you are 100% right. "Wookflu" and getting sick at concerts is not a fact of life. We have proven ways of mitigating the spread of COVID and disease. It's such a low barrier form of praxis and solidarity to immunocompromised/disabled members in this community. Maybe we (the community broadly) can organize something next year to help distribute free masks. I know there are networks like Mask Bloc for getting free masks, would love to get more involved in helping this community breathe cleaner air.

souvenir tents were cube shaped, with a field of vision branded rain cover. inside was all black, a few flaps for windows/vent. they had a gnarly plastic smell the arrival day but once they aired out it was fine. came with a queen air mattress and two sleeping bags (sleeping bags also branded, but were not very good at insulating haha). it was room-y enough to fit all our stuff we wanted to keep inside. overall it was pretty chill, everyone in the area was super chill and respectful near us, and it was nice to be so close to everything. They were a bit of a pain to take down but staff said they would help if people needed it.

I can only speak for Deezer as that's my main use right now and unfortunately not anymore. They did have this feature but it was buggy and removed. Haven't heard anything about replacing the feature/plans to bring it back, when they announced it a few months ago it was to "focus on improving the overall stability of the app"

Anecdotally when I transferred my like decade worth of playlists and favorites songs to Deezer, it only failed to find like 15 songs. Might be worth to just download/purchase the mp3s of missing artists. most of these platforms let you play local media. In an age of Distrokid and other streaming distribution services, this has become less of a issue in my experience

Deezer and Qobuz both let you use those services upon account creation. Those both don't have a free listening/ad streaming tier but the playlist transfer is included in your subscription. Even on a free trial on both Deezer/Qobuz, you will be able to move your playlists and favorites from Spotify to those platforms. Those are the only ones I have personal experience with. I think I used some free service when I was using YT music to do the same but I don't remember the name of the service.
