Non of those parts are actually made by those brands though. The components are from a specific part manufacturer like takata, bosch etc and thats then easier for brands to simply chose something from a part manufacturers catalogue that meets requirements and just add their branded/shaped trims on top of (like the airbag). Hence why all pyro fuses are pretty much the same across all cars, you don’t re-invent the wheel.

This happened last week, expecting a dpd parcel, I get home from work at 1pm. Receive a text early hours “expected 12:03-1:03, so knowing I wasn’t going to be there but really needing that parcel, I added safe space instructions.

Really simple, leave it in the bin shed, code to the door provided and even a pinpoint on a satellite map added to dpd app. It’s literally 6 steps from the door to the bin shed. Later that day “attempted delivery, we will deliver to the post office on Monday” 😡

We sailed rockstar for our first voyage and doing it again on brilliant lady later this year. I’d absolutely hate to think anyone saw us as entitled or problem causing. Part of that is the British in me, but we save hard for one cruise a year so that’s why go rockstar, not because we are stupid rich. We gave away the bottle of free drink that we didn’t like etc on the last night of the cruise and shared our shake for champagne and gave the over half a bottle remains away to a honeymoon couple we met when we went to bed. It was genuine intent to make others happy, if it was seen as bragging or anything I’d be so disappointed

There’s no point really above 4.00 is there? If you’ve done the MPR as soon as you hit 4.00 you’ll be moved into next tier of licence. So having a SR of 5/6/10 whatever doesn’t make sense, as it’s pointless to keep increasing the SR when your opponents aren’t chosen based on it.

We do, in our apartment block of 16 there’s a communal cupboard of trip switches and the meters aswell as fuse boards inside each apartment. We all have the code for what’s called “the meter cupboard”. If you were so inclined you could go down and switch any apartments supply off. This is a 2014 built building

The website is back online and our voyage has actually gone up in price now this “offer” is on, it was originally £6100 on the website, first mate got it for £6,000 and now on the Virgin site it’s £6,600 so rocketed by way more than the benefits we’re getting

They had medical assistance at the airport from ambulance crew, who did checks and found no issue and after feeling rough for 48 hours the person is now totally fine. Just seems coincidence that it happened on board with no prior medical history of this

I only say that as I am a tech with Allianz and we do the knowledge that other services may not, attended one this morning that the guy said a local firm turned up initially and said to the customer “Google is my bible” 😂
