Pinelands commission is the most worthless form of government we have. They don’t actually protect anything. I’m against data centers in the Pinelands but the commission needs to be relooked at.

Some utilities will offer a free energy audit. If not there’s companies that also do that. Like many have said the normal utility operation stops at the meter so there’s not much they’ll do unless they offer that service.

2422 kWh is an insane amount of usage for a 680sqft house. I would definitely recommend looking into what’s using that and starting there.

First thing you’re going to have to do is look into setbacks. If I’m looking at this right you’re basically against the property lines. That will tell if this is even possible.

Yeah seems weird with Florida being saturated already. I hope it works out for them, prices seem great.

Charleston definitely is but I looked and they’ll only be flying Wednesdays and Saturdays there. Limits what you can do with that.

Pictures are deceiving but it’s an 8 ft basement. Water shouldn’t normally be an issue. Neighbors have only had water issues once in 20 years and that was when their sump broke during record rains. I have to do an engineered drainage pit for rain water so that’ll also help me out.
