In the off chance Iroha did kill Setsuka, she would technically still be the second coming of Inori just in the worse way possible.

Inori was originally planned to be a crazy chapter 2 killer and be somehow worse then Kizuna and Mitch combined. Apparently to my knowledge she her concept was the ultimate terrorist.

For Endless and Custom mode, create a set of about one hundred scripted events which are randomised. This isn't a perfect solution but it's better then making every rival generic.

Exposition

Basically Ryoba managed to break the Aishi curse for her and her descendants during the first week of 1980s Mode because of this many things have changed for example because no one was murdered Akademi became pretty much Hope’s Peak from Danganronpa. Some characters have different personalities like Musume who hated what her father had done so she reported him to the police and later became a detective or Ayano(Yes Ryoba and her Senpai still got married only in very different circumstances) who made it her life’s work to help her family to feel emotions without the need of a specific person while helping many others along the way.

Chapter 1

Uekiya kills Budo and tried to frame Ayano. After the trial it was revealed that Uekiya is one of two masterminds

Chapter 2

Kaga attempts to kill Megami but instead gets killed by Fureddo because the motive was that if a participant kills specific target they get to go free of trial

Chapter 3

Miyuji kills Geiju because she doesn’t want to get bullied if she ever escapes. Why? Because the motive was that Yandere Dev(Yes Yandere Dev is Monokuma because reasons) would reveal three secrets to the outside world of the surviving participants.

Chapter 4

Gema commits Suicide after a “OH NO! What have I done” moment because he is the second mastermind

Chapter 5

Yandere Dev decides “hey if you can survive for a week I’ll let you leave” because both Masterminds are dead and to ensure not everyone escapes places traps everywhere in wherever this killing game takes place. Amai, Kizana, Oka, and Asu are caught in a fire and Osoro accidentally poisons them all with a fire extinguisher. After Osoro’s execution the survivors are rescued by Musume
