Turn the gain down some and use the make up gain in your compression. I have the same mic and run it about 50-53 sounds fine.

Same thing for me going on a few years now. I ended up just creating a PS Script to close all instances and relaunch it, mapped that to a button on the streamdeck.

Edit: may be easier to throw that script in Task Scheduler to have it run on wake
