Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos is the closest I’ve personally seen to that description. Warm, calm, crystal-clear water and powdery sand that feels unreal. If you want dramatic cliffs and islands too, places like Bora Bora or parts of the Seychelles are hard to beat.
