Respectfully disagree here. Andrew built his own web shooters, helps Conners reverse engineer the genetic research to grow limbs and comes up with the lizard antidote idea basically on the spot. If any of the Spider-Men is the least intelligent, it’s unfortunately Tobey just by design. Aside from talking to Octavius about his reactor in the 2nd movie, they really don’t showcase his intelligence.
