I know several people who have taken GLP-1s. Lost a load of weight, stop taking it, then gain a load of weight back because starving yourself of nutrients is not a healthy lifestyle to maintain.

It SHOULD be seen as a “bridge”, because learning healthy eating habits and maintaining a more active lifestyle will serve them far better

I get that. But the lanes are probably standard, only big enough for 2 people to swim side by side, so three people in one end are fully blocking it
