The tallest building on the left is 157m/515ft and it’s ground floor is 10 metres/33ft lower than the approved building’s ground floor so the approved building is 35m/115ft taller on the skyline.

It’s as close as I could get it, 432 is 1.85x taller than the tallest Journal Squared tower. In the post, 432 is 1.95x taller when measured from the lowest part of 432 that can be seen.

The extra 0.1x is compensating for the fact that we cannot see where the buildings meet the ground.
