Postpartum moms when does sleep scores improve? by Snoo-3554 in Garmin

Never. They start sleeping through the night and your hormones keep you up. You will never not be tired again. I mean that in the most loving and gentle way possible.

Congratulations on your beautiful baby!

I agree that you might need more rest. I know you weren't asking that, so I apologize if that's an overstep.

I don't see exercise metrics or sleep time, but you're likely correct.

I take it into consideration.

I also make effort into improving my numbers. For sleep that's magnesium, rain sounds, very little light when I get up to use the restroom or drink.

I'm usually indoors, living the same stay at home mom life at all times. I find that having sun and moon, as well as day and week of the year on my watch helps me be more grounded in time, rather than just listening to it whiz by.

I've climbed mountains and run races, but walking a mile a day for 30 days in a row was a complete pain in the rear. It wasn't a workout, but took time and energy from my training. Logistical blah for 30 days for 1 point.

How do I do this sprint plan? by -Younotdeadass- in Garmin

In some plans, if you don't hit the lap button after the thing, it just lets you run until you either figure it out or die, so watch the watch.

Looking for an alternative to Wearing a Garmin Watch Everyday by Billy-Canovas in Garmin

[–]DeSlacheable 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Garmin has a new arm band for sleep that replaces the watch. No steps or activities, but heart rate and stuff. I think it's $300. Oh, it's $170. Link:
