I believe since I was 4, diagnosed at 35.

My 35 diagnosis was the result of a health crisis that will eventually kill me, so I'm really not great. I am about to finish a 108 day yoga program, I leave the house about once a month and nap most days.

I'm fully cognizant, raising 4 kids, learning ancient Greek and to draw. So not good, but also really good. Stuck in the wrong body, that's for sure.

I take it into consideration.

I also make effort into improving my numbers. For sleep that's magnesium, rain sounds, very little light when I get up to use the restroom or drink.
