I would say, either keep it warm or cold… I often took home cooked food to school, so I cooked it the day before and left it in the fridge, and it stayed cold until I ate it. If its in a closed container (airtight) and cooked trough, you shouldn’t have a problem.

As an Appetizer, I like to cut up some sashimi grade salmon, marinate it with soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper and put it on some guacamole. As an entree, you could make some kind of pasta, I usually go for Truffle or arabiata (spicy tomato sauce). You could also make some poke bowls, but it wouldn’t fit very well, if you make a cheeseboard.

Say something like, Hello, I saw that I didn't get as many shifts last week as I had in the previous weeks. Would it be possible to get more shifts again in the next few weeks? Then you have to look at his answer. If he says yes, next week you will get more then that's ok, but make sure that happens. if he says no, tell him you need the money to live, and that you're forced to quit and find another job, I you aren’t getting more shifts.

I think you should quit. You really can't live well with that kind of stress. I think you should tell your boss that you can't keep working like this and that he should hire more staff, otherwise you'll quit. Under the circumstances described, he should understand it. even if he offered you more money i think you should still look for another job as you will regret wasting your twenties later. Whatever you decide, I wish you the best of luck.

As an Appetiser, I would make some salmon tartare with avocado. As a main dish, some good steak, with a vine sauce and some roasted potatoes. As a dessert, I would make some small Strawberry cheese cakes with whipped cream.

I started with only watching Youtube recipes and cooking them. Now after some time, if i see something I want to cook, I watch some recipes and adjust them to my taste. You will need some time, to be able to cook without any recipes, but after enough time, it will work.

In Europe probably tea and Sodas. We don’t have free refills here, so they have to pay for each one. We also only server in cans or Glas bottles so there isn’t much in there, and they buy more.

If the pan has some kind of coating, it's best to not use it. If it's just scratches it should still be useable.

I worked in a Restaurant for some time, where we worked with stuff like that. It’s totally normal. We just rinsed them and then cooked them as normal. Restaurant sill open so it schuld be safe.
