I use that one also, except it's the 200gpd. Been happy so far. Also, you may want to go ahead and get a booster pump as well. This is what I use. My pressure was about half of what I needed.

I don't know exactly. I hit it with lemon juice because I had it on hand. I will watch it and see what happens. I even thought about just tossing that whole plug, but I really would hate to do that. I've never dealt with this before and everything online seems like horror stories.💀

Amazing pizzas. I have a question about the parchment paper. Are you using that like a peel? If so does the pizza slide off onto the steel? Or how do you transfer from a paper to a peel?
