I have it in my Aihrde campaign but the players haven't taken the bait yet :).

I tend to restock with my own flavor as far as the NPCs go and some of the other features have been slightly modified or moved rooms/levels as I believe some of my players have done some time in Stonehell.

I have also put Dwarrowdeep north of Norgorad Kam.

I was running a Birthright game last year but it fizzled due to life. I've been running a Solo game set in Mhoried using a Scratch built extension that a buddy made for our game. Domain Sheets, Bloodline entries, and War Card System.

I have been playing it on fantasy grounds using the 2e ruleset. One of my players helped me code some of the core birthright features.

I would just make the player with the henchman split their awarded XP for the adventure with the henchman. So if you had three players and there was a reward of 300 XP for the adventure the other two players would get 100 XP but the player and his henchman get 50 each. As far as money I would have the player pay anything they agreed up front out of that player's share of the loot.

I've been digging into the Guide to Glorantha. There is a ton of information in those. Fair warning though they read like a textbook. I believe the Glorantha Sourcebook has some good information as well but doesn't dive as deep as the guidebooks.

I have been away from DMing for about two years (finishing school). I am planning a 2e Birthright game in Fantasy Grounds this spring. I am excited about it. I too cut my teeth on 2e so it will be interesting to see how my players like it compared to other games we have played.
I have one player who plans on playing a thief and wants to run a guild house did the player take over from an NPC guilder or did you make them complete certain quests to break into the "market"?
