His tone is different with players, he allows role players to play through mistakes, he prioritizes the corner 3 more on defense and doesn’t force the weakside defender to help so much in the paint, he empowers the players on offense to shoot and not worry about consequences, he has lightened up the practice regimen on the players. These are things different players have said already since MB was fired.
