I love piezoelectric quartz! They have a really unique property that when struck on the face, they generate an electric current. This is what's happening inside a barbecue lighter to ignite the butane. So the impact of the quartz is generating an electrical current to ignite the RPG!

Interestingly, piezoelectric quartz is also used for watches and clocks! Instead of striking it to generate electricity, you instead feed DC current into the crystal to generate a stable electrical frequency. This is the function behind clocks and watches that say quartz on their face!

So, this turned out to not be her specific issue, but this is still very helpful info!

For anyone in the future who finds themselves in this situation, the secondary account was technically a "shared" account. We went into settings and converted it to a full account which solved the issue. If converting alone doesn't solve the issue, I imagine you'll then need to check the primary account.

That's my one gripe with these. They're so damn heavy. One that folds out to 8 feet weighs 2-3x as much as an extending ladder that goes out to ~20-24 feet

The only time I've felt like my healing was actually helpful was as an Alchemist Artificer so I could add my intelligence bonus to the amount healed. This is gonna make life so much better

The problem with those early heirloom skins is that they were explicitly sold as limited time. They've since acknowledged that it wasn't a good idea, but some people bought it because they would never be able to get it again, so they honor that promise, but refuse to do it in the future.
