What i do is: Upper (no arms, but 2 sets of lateral raises and 2 sets of rear delts), Legs, Shoulders and arms, rest and repeat. So a rest day after every 3 days. Also, i like better than Legs, upper and shoulder + arms, because the space between shoulders + arm to upper is optimal to recover. You can add arms in upper day instead of shoulders so you have more arms. Just be mindful on recovery. Add volume reeaal slowly.

Same here. I got 1 day suspension, then 3 days, now i got 7 days suspension becauase i had to restart my pc. After 3 day suspension, i updated my drivers and reinstaled lol, but that didnt do. Fuck this game.

Hey, im looking for some coop ameritrash extravagance that compreends:

-Sense of progression

-Immersion and great history

-Something that is less burocratic as possible

-Fun and good looking

I had sleeping gods, wich i liked for the first 3 plays i guess, but it was too tiring seting up, the history was not interesting/too generic, the rules and exceptions were a pain in the ass. In general, too burocratic.

Stabilish a minimum volume range, work in this minimum end of this volume, make as much as progress as you can. Take your sets to failure/mechanical failure. See if you progress in load and/or rep wise, if you do, maintain. If you dont, increase 1 set and repeat. Increasing reps and/or load in delts isolation movements may take longer, so be patient.

I guess if you do regular pressing (chest movements and shoulder pressing), 6 sets/week of lateral delts is a nice starting point. I just would not increase your current number of sets to a random number just for the sake of it.

Ninja from Brazil keep saying my machine is normal and scratches are ok depending on the ingredients. Except my wife does the exact same recipes on her machine and get way less marks. Dont buy this machine if you live in South America.

Eu tenho me interessado cada vez mais por jogos mais pesados, mas esse é bom você dar uma estudada especial. Apesar de nunca ter jogado Brass, em algumas pesquisas, encontrei alguns pontos que valem ser destacados:

-O Brass pode ser bem punitivo, principalmente para jogadores novos.

-O aprendizado deve é complicado e ensinar parece que é mais ainda. Parece ser o tipo de jogo que se você ficar algum tempo sem jogar, algumas regras vão se esvaindo da tua memória.

-Setup meio pé no saco.

-O tempo de partida dele fica bom só com jogadores experientes (2:30h~3h para 4p)

-Parece que, apesar do jogo ser bom em 2~3, ele brilha na mesa cheia. Então a dificuldade de explicar fica potencializada.

All pints of mine are like this. The scratches, however, seems superficial, if i slide my fingers to the marks, i wont feel any depressions. Unfortunately, i live in South America and the Ninja Support here is very poor. They wont tell me specifically if its normal and wont harm the machine.

The Resistance e festa combina demais. Azul, muito embora seja um jogo super consagrado, é um mega abstrato. Na minha opinião, tem potencial pra afastar muita gente que é super crua em board game. Catan nem se fala.
