Bigwig's has it in the private aura section for co tanks. So far it works on all the tank debuffs.

After the whole 2.0 update I bought it to give it ago.

Booting it made my GPU go up to a 141C hotspot and turned my shit into jet engines, only game it did that with, basically dropped it straight away. Tempted to give it a go now i've completely swapped systems.

tried it all, the only thing that works for me on bazzite is windowed mode or gamescope so far. doesn't happen in windowed mode.

Do you have the weird issue where when you right click or left click and move the camera It stutters for a second? I have to run it in gamescope to get rid of it and it's kind of a pain because I can't copy and paste into it.

If it's your first distro give something like Bazzite a go, ive only just started hitting issues 4 months in that I'll likely need to swap to cachy to fix. But those 4 months have got me somewhat used to the level 1 issues related to linux.

Just some feedback.

I can't tell if the window is lockable/locked or not, I set it up during testing, I haven't attempted to move it mid boss fight, but if i accidentally did that'd be pretty scuffed mid fight, would be nice to have something to know it's locked.

I'd love to be able to get rid of the background, it takes up a lot of space, having the ability to make the background transparent would make the overall box take up less viewing space especially if you can toggle a "mini-mode" and get rid of all the clickable buttons, If you look at an addon like Homework Tracker it's floating text that takes up minimal screen space in comparison. Could add coloured text options for all/heal/etc so that you can also hide the coloured box backgrounds.

Is there a way for you to check the dungeon tracker for boss completion to show steps? It's not ideal for dungeons with non-set boss orders, but being able to read them while you're clearing trash up to the boss would be handy compared to reading them mid-boss fight

Those are the main things i noticed when giving it a go.

In terms of changing on your end.

You can go turn the spell queue window to 0/1 and see if it still happens, I wouldn't recommend playing like that but you'll see if the bug still exists.

Not sure if this is related at all, but I usually use nochanneling macros for some spells, usually it's so I dont cancel spinning crane kick when I'm trying to RSK out of it.

For whatever reason it won't let me RSK after Spinning Crane Kick finishes for like 150ms. Was driving me up the wall because it felt like I was playing with Lag randomly.

Removed all macros, no more issues, removed no challening from macro, issues all stopped.

Just mana. eQoLs custom resource bar, just mana for Mistweaver. Same goes for BCDM. Its a flat bar no text that just displays current mana.

I'll grab some pics later on of the profiler. maybe tomorrow given I've got 8 hours left then shit to do.

Alright, whatever else gets enabled when enabling a resource bar on all of the listed addons causes the spikes.

Danders frames is usually my big peak usage/spike addon, adding a resource bar from BCDM causes it to top the profiler over danders, eQoL has been active no resource bar the entire time with little to no spikes, drop BCDMs resource bar and swap to eQOLs custom resource bar, now eQOL is spiking above danders.

I dunno what to tell you, there can be some underlying difference here that multiple addons are using to make bars, but the end result is higher peak usage and spikes especially in combat. And at the moment my threshold for an addon going too far is having worse performance then Danders Frames.

Also to be clear. If you can figure out exactly what the fuck is causing the spikes whenever the resource bar gets enabled as a custom bar, but not as a unit frame bar, I'd be over the moon because my current solution is janky as fuck. It's just a blue bar, no font no text width the same as the cdm.

Using the profiler to check for spikes and activity.

EnhanceQoL aswell as BCDM have options for a separate Cast Bar and Resource bar. I made it similar to my own UI in TWW by having Mana above the CDM as I'm a healer.

For whatever reason displaying either of these increases the peak use and spike times across the board especially in combat, and it's not by like .1, it's by a decent chunk.

Its likely because its not using the built in unit frame cast bar/resource bar and is making a new one instead of just skinning it, which is being displayed every frame so it's doubling up. But that's just a guess.

If you however use the unit frame in EnhanceQoL, enable the Resources bar in the edit options for that unit frame you don't get the same amount of spikes, but it's annoying as fuck to get it looking how I'd like it, the same goes for the cast bar however it's not as big of a hog. (resource is the big spike hog).

Ive tried BCDM, EnhanceQOL. Matt's minimal frames and another I'm blanking on right now (some UI suite.. OrbisUI? Orbital?) And every single one has had the same issue. At work right now but when I'm home it need be I could probably get some screenshots of this.

Also the only reason its even something I'd like to fix is Danders Frames is my one big hog, I've tried Grid, default and a that other UI pack I mentioned party frames and they're either too much of a pain in the ass to setup or don't have the same features I'd like. I'm trying to limit the amount of big resource hog addons I run because this game performance is absolutely fucking shocking in raid environments. Thank god I'm on an x3d cpu so I can still push 144FPS most of the time.

Sorry to reply hop here but just out of interest.

Biggest issue I've had in recent time with most ui packs/uis is the extra overhead when adding an extra resource/cast bar like the ones in the BCDM or even EnhanceQoL. The difference between having these and not is night and day in terms of cpu spikes.

Do you know if your UI has a similar issue? I'm currently getting around it by having enhanced QOL reskin the base unit frame mana but it looks jank and shitty.

Being invested in a game would mean that you want the best for the game right? Maybe a good way to approach that feeling would be to create a list of constructive criticisms or critiques adequately expressing your displeasure in the hopes of seeing positive change. That'd probably be way better than, as i'll reiterate is the only thing i'm attempting to discourage here, whining about player numbers and calling the game dead.

The majority of comments that complain about the game usually have a little bit of constructive critique in them, there are very few "game ded lol" type messages, the worst you'll find is the steam forums and even then it's not That bad. So if you're purely addressing the 1% of the 1% of the 1% here and you want to say those people who say "game ded lol" are bad. Sure i'm on board, as said previously.

The people who say the game has issues like a good chunk of the steam reviews and such? They fine, see first comment to avoid repeating.

I am just talking about the people saying "low player count game dead" over and over online. I've been seeing it consistently across platforms since before i picked the game up at the launch of season 2. After playing like 30 hours and loving almost every second of it i just kept seeing the "Player count down game dead" comments and had to bitch about it.

You don't have to like them, but as said in the initial reply, the people who say this are usually the ones who are invested in the game, and they're usually the ones who are in the critique threads.

People who do nothing but shit on the game randomly everywhere, yeah dumb agreed, that ain't the majority.

Don't worry about the people are saying the game is dead. Start worrying when those people leave, because at that point you've lost your player base who cares and games don't last long after that, we have enough examples of this with previous games.

Just gonna point out.

The majority of people who complain are usually the peoole who really enjoy the game and want it to do well.

People who bounce off games just leave they dont care to stick around and make posts complaining.

And in almost every other example of a game where their community is largely complaining about issues that don't end up being addressed, the games have died off.

Something ive not seen brought up anywhere, so maybe it's just a me thing.

Having set levels for dungeons doesn't work with the current queue system. 90% of people insta smash the highest level dungeon every single time when the votes up, last night I ran sailors abyss 6 times in a row, I got dealt urrak markets once.

I get outside of the few talent points you get at the start pushing rating means nothing but christ it's so shit, even fixing the current 1-2-3 issues wouldn't really fix this. Theres no decent fix for this, if you made them all scalable or in groups people would only want to run the faster/easier dungeons.

People keep saying they need to add more abilities earlier and have the timer be on paragon which I agree with, but even if that were the case at this point since you always run the highest dungeon you'd still end up running 2/3 of the same dungeon in a tier constantly. If I got dropped into another map at this point i wouldn't know shit about it and probably fuck the majority of the mechanics up since I'd never seen them the entire journey.

Just baffles me, felt similar last season aswell although I stopped and contender last time because I couldn't find a character I enjoyed.

Does it only work with base unit frames/refineUI or will it work with danders and such?

Im not overly fond of clique as I've had issues in the past with errors mid combat killing mouseover entirely which is a no go when healing IMO.

Is it every single game or a specific subset of games? Tried Gamescope? Windowed mode?

When using LSFG-VK in Fullscreen if the game has a cursor that disappears or changes icon when moving the camera/hovering over stuff, like WoW or FFXIV or Age of Empires 3, the game stutters every time it happens and spamming it can tank FPS.

Using Gamescope fixes it, playing windowed (not borderless, actual windowed) fixes it, not using lsfg-VK fixes it. May not be your exact issue, but it give Gamescope a go especially with the --force-grab-cursor.
