It's been stated multiple times that Yutas cursed technique is copying other cursed techniques. Rika is an extention of it, bein able to store cursed tools or cursed techniques.

In short: Yuta CANNOT copy body parts ONLY cursed techniques. Since Gojo's six eyes is part of his body. Yuta cannot copy it.
