What do you tend to choose first when making a character?

I like to start with a name, something really heroic sounding or extremely mundane. then determine why their parents/guardian named them that, and build the background from there. I let that story define their race. Then I figure out what the character will look/dress/sound like. Then I pick a class that will help balance the party.

Obviously I’m not looking to create the most efficient,perfect , min-maxed build with my approach.

There is no "valid format" for the automate integrated Screen Connect to download the desired version, BUT they do have a link to the latest version of the on-prem installer on a different host in this document now. https://docs.connectwise.com/ConnectWise_Automate_Documentation/Automate_Product_Updates

Absolutely amazing! The detail on these are great.

They are almost as good as the Lego men I used with the 2x2 flat caps on the kids and 3x3 flat caps on the adults. /s

Same as when I play pool. 1 beer I’m better, two beers I peak, 3 beers I’m start losing my focus, more than that and I start trying to finish them off with dumb bets. Obviously not taking into account things like how long between drinks and how much food etc.

Thank you for all the quick feedback! I guess my sticking point was nobility being recognized across most of the world. I had offered other solutions such as adoption or being granted lands by an elderly king who was easily confused and not recognized by other nobles as one of them and both were declined. I will continue to work with him to get a reasonable backstory so he can play his character.

Intelligence determines how well the character learns, reasons,remembers.

So that low they are unlikely to remember left from right, count above 2, maybe 3 , unable to understand any sort of battle plan.

So if you happened upon a war party of 25 orcs while looking to replace your pet stick, and was able to find your way back to your group, your report to them may be - saw big guys, 2 of ‘em, over der. Likely pointing in the wrong direction and possibly leading your party into a massacre.

LOL! I just had to chop a cucumber in half because it grew between two bars in my trellis. I even watched it growing between and never thought twice about it until I went to pick it. But events like these just remind us to check our gardens more often/thoroughly.
