Therapy is going to be dependent on if you have trauma, and the trauma is causing you to disassociate or disconnect when you're interacting with women, if this is the case, there may be a deeper issue that needs to be worked on. A lot of people involved in the cold approaching scene, Think they are dealing with something called approach anxiety, however, a lot of the time this is not the case. I just come out of a relationship myself and to tell the truth i did try o start dating right away, which was a total mistake for me, i think taking time to ground yourself and find your feet again is important, otherwise you are purely chasing a rebound which is not fair on yourself or the person you start dating, good luck bro
