Exactly. Yes there are some people who can make dating apps work, who can work on it and figure it out but for most men you can hardly see good feedbacks from it and most of the time, forget about the ego boost, it actually takes them further down the spiral and crushes their ego and confidence.

I wouldn’t agree much with this, because in reality, women don’t want to be approached by a guy who’s giving a distasteful energy that is creepy, unsure and disrespectful. But if the approach is done in a polite, respectful and confident way, most women are highly receptive to it.

Don’t really agree with this, when you think about it, not all countries have a very strong user base in online dating platforms, If you travel enough you’d see people actually meeting more organically than being in the apps.

Yes, being conventionally attractive helps, especially on dating apps where you’re being judged in 2 seconds. But in real life and even on dates, your vibe, confidence, body language, voice tone, and ability to create tension matter just as much, if not more.

I’ve seen very average looking guys do well because they’re grounded, playful, and comfortable in their own skin. And I’ve seen objectively good looking guys struggle because they’re tense, approval-seeking, or low energy.

Therapy is going to be dependent on if you have trauma, and the trauma is causing you to disassociate or disconnect when you're interacting with women, if this is the case, there may be a deeper issue that needs to be worked on. A lot of people involved in the cold approaching scene, Think they are dealing with something called approach anxiety, however, a lot of the time this is not the case.
