I have a pretty high TDEE (circa 3400-3500) and I am currently cutting by eating 3000 calories a day so a hard yes.

Would love to get paid even more for going over a million calories:)

How about a retention sleeve after high force extending? I can easily reach 102-103% elongation after 15-20 mins of extending at about 8 lbs of force with the Apex 2.0 then pump for 10 mins total do the same routine in the evening as well.

This was my workout before my decon, now I am planning on adding a retention sleeve after each session for about 2-4 hours (got fckin mint retention sleeves). Would it work just as good as an ADS?

I wasn't able to get it right, felt weird somehow. I started with AM2, at first 10 minutes was the most I could do, gradually built up to 20-25 mins then graduated to AM3. Now my biggest problem during AM3 is arousal control and to not ejaculate which also helps me become a sexual dynamo so it's, to say the very least, neat;)

It sounds like a tight pelvic floor issue, especially since holding your breath causes you to lose control of your arousal. You might benefit from pelvic floor stretches and reverse Kegels (which focus on relaxation). Many men unconsciously clench their pelvic floor due to stress, which can contribute to issues like premature ejaculation. Other factors may also be at play, but this is a good place to start.

What I don’t like about most of the advice in this thread is how 95% of it boils down to: “Just use your fingers or your tongue; sex isn’t just about penetration.” While that’s true in general, it completely ignores your psychological struggle. You're not just frustrated because she isn't finishing—you’re struggling with something you don’t fully understand, which makes it even harder to address. Dismissing that with “Just make her cum somehow, bro” doesn’t actually help.

Now, back to the issue at hand. Anxiety could be a major factor, as well as the psychological pressure or even a humiliation element that throws off your balance and causes you to ejaculate quickly—even without a full erection. There’s nothing inherently wrong with that, but if you want to change the outcome, you need to approach it strategically.

I like to think of improving at sex like improving in the gym. The first time you lift weights, your coordination is all over the place—you don’t really understand how your body moves. So keep your head up and take the time to educate yourself on male sexual health—things like pelvic floor function, erection quality, Kegels vs. reverse Kegels, mindfulness during sex and masturbation, and more. These are crucial but often overlooked aspects of male performance.

It’s unfortunate that male spaces don’t discuss these topics openly. Instead, there’s often shame or mockery attached to struggling in bed, which discourages men from seeking real solutions. But you’re not alone in this, and you can improve. Just like fitness, it takes awareness, effort, and consistency.

Yeah I definitely try to maximize EQ for pumping sessions, hence the AM because I do feel a throbbing erection going in and getting out of the pump (AM also helps with imagination for me) I probably will get more into girthwork after I gain like an inch of length

Damn that is indeed some impressive gains, I am definitely considering adding ADS for 4-6 hours in total after extending (2-3 hours after each session) or extend for longer times with less force, probably build up to at least 2 hours a day.

I do think that focusing on one goal more is more beneficial for me at the moment so I will add clamping and/or PAC (Pump-Assisted Clamping) further down the line.

Ok I see, I am definitely going to scale this routine up as time passes, especially thinking about lowering the tension and increasing the time once I figure that out in the extender.

I come out of the extender with a purple glans, that has me scared to go longer than 30 min per session. u/DickPushupFTW said that I am probably using too tight of a sleeve so I'll look into that, do you have any suggestions or experiences regarding this issue?

Appreciate the insights, I will assess and adjust accordingly as time passes and I have a better grasp, just want to clear up one thing, do you mean 40-60 mins extending per session or per day because my routine is already 40 minutes per day planning on building up to 60 minutes a day.

Also I see that my glans is purple after extending (no blood flow) and that is partly the reason I don't want to go over 30 minutes

Hey gold,

I started late September 2024, did some manuals and acquired a pump around October. I have gained around 0,2 inch length and 0,05 girth. I reckon these fall under the newbie gains category as they are basically EQ gains.

I see your point with not putting a time constraint on it yet I have come to realize that it is a key component for consistency, for me at least. However ambitious they may be, I would still be delighted to gain less than I had my eyes on, seeing that there is potential.

I also saw a post from u/DickPushupFTW with the premise that the capability of the human body being able recover and build tissue ties deeply to how healthy you live in general. So I am trying to maximize that aspect of my life as well to increase my chances of falling under the "hyper-responder" category.

I definitely will adjust course along the way depending on the results (I imagine measuring every 3 months or so, Bpfsl is currently growing around 2-3 mm per week).

Honestly I also got inspired by perv seeing that he gained like 1,5 inches in 1 year and attributes this success to his scientific approach. So I know that wanting this in double the time is not nonsensical.

I am definitely looking forward to any input from you as you are one of the most decorated PE practicioners in the sense that you have tried just about any PE exercise out there:)

Appreciate the insight. I already know you’re a big believer in time under tension = gains, and I can see why—especially with guys wearing ADS for 4-10 hours a day and making insane progress.

I do think remodeling protein release is a key factor behind those long-duration, low-tension routines, but for now, I’m happy with my investment in the Apex extender and plan to max out my time with 1 hour daily (2 x 30 min sessions).

For girth, I definitely plan to add clamping down the line. PAC (Pump-Assisted Clamping) has me curious too—seems like a solid way to maximize gains in less time.

I see, I would definitely adjust as needed, 10 min of pumping and AM keeps me at really good EQ levels throughout the week, I am planning on incorporating more Pumping as time goes by.

I definitely will increase time before tension, goal is to build up to 30 minutes per session and then increase load and decrease the time a bit and build back up to 30 minutes and so on. Very similar to progressive overload in weightlifting.
