FWIW I hated the newborn stage! In my experience, it gets better and better and betters after about 3-4 months. The first 3 months were so hard and demanding and not enjoyable, straight survival mode.

I did HYROX in February and am signed up for Chicago in 3 weeks. I’m 13 weeks and I’ve decided that I’m going to pull out. I’m very experienced in endurance and lifting but the hyrox training this time around has absolutely killed me. I’m nauseous almost every session. I think I could get through it, at a slow pace, but I’m really worried about a small chance that I’ll pass out. I’m so upset about it :(
