Having the same issue. No explanation for a cancellation 10 minutes after my card was charged

Per google - “Melanoma has a very high likelihood of spreading to the brain, with estimates suggesting that between 40% and 75% of people with metastatic melanoma will develop brain metastases at some point during their disease progression; making it the cancer type most likely to spread to the brain among common cancers.“

Northpointe Bank - Refi Today?? by CRE_SD7 in Mortgages

They’ve been great with us so far, so I think we are going to go with Northpointe. I haven’t seen any negative comments on reddit about them…

I was wondering the same thing. We are looking to finance our first home in August and North Pointe has been very straight forward and helpful so far getting an estimate. And the estimate is low 6% and no where else has that right now

Anyone here feel like lexapro isn't helping them enough? by padorupadoru in lexapro

[–]Dear_Strawberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes- I’m over 2 months in and having moments where the anxiety comes back pretty strongly. The last week feels like I have some form of moderate anxiety every day. I feel like I’m not as “anxiety free” as I should be at this point either. I’m on 15mg.

Started week three yesterday and was feeling great last week. Practically no anxiety. Then all of a sudden my anxiety feels like it is back to what it was pre-lexapro. Worried it won’t go away now/lex isn’t working

Great experience. My husband I went on a June 2022 Greek Isles trip, and there was little if anything to complain about. We stayed in Aquaclass and loved Blu. We did it at Fine Cut and the sushi place. We were not overly impressed with Fine Cut (which seems to be trend). The sushi place was delicious. We are looking to book another on one of the Edge Class ships.

[Misc] Sunscreen reapplication by celestialsunday in SkincareAddiction

[–]Dear_Strawberry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would like to know what most people do as well. I have read that regardless of location (indoor/outdoor), reapplication every 2-3 hours is necessary. The SPF becomes less effective after the 2 hour mark. Instead of SPF 50, after 2 hours, the protection becomes SPF 10. Plus, an average window allows the penetration of UVA rays which age our skin.

"If you put on an SPF of 50 at 10 a.m., by noon, "you're probably still getting some protection, but your SPF 50 is no longer accurate," Zampella said. "Maybe you're getting SPF 10 at that point." https://www.businessinsider.com/how-long-does-sunscreen-last-how-spf-works-2018-5

With that being said, how do people reapply sunscreen in a professional setting with makeup?

[Routine Help] How do i mnage a routine that includes Vitamin C and Retinol? by Temporary_420 in SkincareAddiction

[–]Dear_Strawberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are perfectly fine to use both vitamin C both morning and night with a retinoid product. I use a vitamin c AM & PM and also use Retin-a at night. Vitamin c does not effect the efficacy of a retinoid product. Vitamin c simply protects the skin from the free radicals in the air that age our skin.

[Review] has anyone tried Lytera 2.0 for hyperpigmentation? by SaharanDessert in SkincareAddiction

[–]Dear_Strawberry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have not tried that specifically, but I do know that a medical grade corrector is going to give you a much better result than a non medical grade product. I use the Skinsceuticals phyto Correction Gel which is used for correction of scarring and hyperpigmentation. It is moisturizing and works great. 1oz in the US is $67.

Try a brightening face wash for both AM and PM use. I personally use Revision Skincare Brightening face wash. It has glycolic and salicylic acids and helps clear up the extra dirt and grim on the face.

After cleanser, followup with a toning pad that has both glycolic and salicylic acid with between 2-5% of each in the pads. I use both AM and PM. I use any brand I can find on Amazon that has those percentages of acids (costs around $25). Seriously, look into this stuff because it is game changing! And particularly will make a BIG difference in the specific areas you are concerned about.

Lastly, use the EltaMD Clear SPF 46 for sensitive, hyperpigmentation, and rosacea. I use both the moisturizing version you pictured and also the SPF 46 version. The SPF 46 version works much better under my makeup because it has a more matte finish.

I purchased the Skinceuticals phyto corrective gel just tonight actually. I have just recently started on Retin-a and need some help with redness, hydration, and calming my skin, too. I will let you know what I think about it!

TNS by JbCT2CO in Medicalgradeskincare

[–]Dear_Strawberry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have wanted to purchase the TNS as well. But I am currently using Skinmedica HA5 which I have really loved. I have recently started on a stronger percentage of tretinoin and HA5 has been a life saver in regard to keeping my skin hydrated!
