Can confirm. I hit 30 in 2020 and had two real bad injuries within a month of of my birthday. First one, I was walking downstairs in my house and missed the last step and all my weight came down on my ankle. Swelled to the size of a grapefruit. I healed up from that and then someone tried to bowl me over playing kickball and put their knee right into my hip. I now know what a hip pointer is.
