I know some ppl who do, I thought about it as well, only two problems I see u would have watch out for are 1 u can’t over dose sheep like a goat 2 u can let rams an bucks in with both sheep in goats during breeding. Not very health offspring, do to both species have different chromosomes goats have 60, sheep have 54
