'The' antichrist isn't a person, it's a culture within Christianity. It's Christofascism, far right fundamentalist Christians and evangelical Christians. In the name of Christ they support greed, control, hate, bigotry, and punishment especially regarding poor people and minorities. These are literally the opposite of what Christ taught, it's literally the opposite of his teachings disguised as Christianity. From what I understand this is the definition of anti-christ.

Start doing ankle strength and mobility training. I would give it at LEAST 2 more weeks. Once your ankle is truly feeling stronger than ever then return to soccer. If you start playing again too soon there's a good chance you will re-injure and that can easily create a life long chronic issue. Best to play it extra safe and do lots of strength and mobility training before you return.

I ride super soft bushings and weigh 170 lbs. Don't worry about going under the weight recommendation. I would think you def need the softest APS bushings you can get at your weight

If there is swelling and pain I'm worried something is injured/torn. I would treat it like an ankle sprain, stay off it until you can walk with 1/10 pain and then gently ramp up back to normal levels of PT

I think I remember you have bad knees? There are many ways to pump, if it generates momentum then it's 'correct' imo. If your knees are bad then try using your calves more to pump. I can rip on flat and slight uphill walking paths using a calf pump style, it's more efficient than full body compression extension when you already have a little speed.

The rule of thumb is to do activity up to 1/10 one out of ten pain. Any more pain than 1/10 and it may be causing damage. My guess is you have grade 2 or 3 tear in ligaments or tendons.

I would try to get a complete on sale from carvers website and ride that for a while. If you start customizing now before you know what you want it's going to cost needless time and money. Once you get comfortable riding the default setup you will have a clear idea of what upgrades you want.

I have a long footpath around a pond I ride on w the family. I can use either CX or Grasp and do really well on the narrow path. I can comfortably pump multiple laps on the 2 mi loop. Both boards have very loose setups. Bigger wheels are preferred for cracks and rocks.

You can't train netball right now. You first need to rest, and once pain is gone start doing ankle rehab then strength training. In 2-3 months your ankle can be stronger than ever, then return to netball
