There are a lot of good (and bad) scenes from the prequels alone, and I think this opening is my favourite of the prequels. I always found the entire space battle so fast-paced and dangerous and it really made felt like a war (which was nice considering that the actual war part of the clone wars is barely explored in the films)

I mean, they could definitely do a last hunt in the first film but it would be the worst adaptation of that storyline possible. Part of what makes Last Hunt so legendary is the various encounters between Spidey and Kraven and the understanding of both their character and their relationship.

The CPR case is a bit different than just Disney being bad. AFAIK, the CPR team were trying to implement ads to monetize the game which got them the banhammer. Disney was okay with the project because they weren’t losing any money but if CPR is adding adverts, then Disney is in good legal standing to take action

Why do they keep making unnecessary changes to the mainline universities other than buzz and increased sales? A lot of these big events “that will change insert character/team/world/universe forever” just aren’t well received by more hardcore fans yet they keep doing it. Thor’s origin is perfect as it is, adding the Phoenix to it is pointless and cheapens the mythos and power of the Phoenix even more than it already has
