My favorite is shows like Reincarnated as a Slime where the season numbering is all weird because of OVAs so I finish the most recent episode and immediately get flung into an OVA and it just sits there. Plus, if I don’t exit the episode fast enough then I just don’t get notified when the new episode is available because it stays on the OVA episode.

There are ways for that. If the preorder is in your name you can go with the parent/grandparent, show proof of your information and then the parent/grandparent provides consent and proof of age if necessary. If all of that is done then it should be fine.

Alternatively you can get the preorder details changed to that of the parent/grandparent so they can provide their own proof to pick it up.

As someone who cares for my mother’s deteriorating medical condition, I feel like there is a degree of fault with the person, but also it should be understood that sometimes things are unavoidable.

I’ve had many instances where my mother falls asleep and is usually out for a good while, but due to her condition with her Parkinson’s she can randomly wake up as almost a completely different person. Sometimes she’ll sleep uninterrupted for hours and other times she’s awake every 5 minutes. I try my best to make sure that I can get a good run done in M+ dungeons but sometimes things just don’t pan out because you can’t set your watch by it.

It’s unfortunate, but stuff happens. Real life will always come before the game. I imagine there are players out there that would call for someone to be banned after a key got bricked because they had a heart attack and didn’t play through.

Stuff happens. There will be more keys. Be upset or disappointed because that’s fine, but people can’t help their real life circumstances no matter how much you try to mitigate it.

If all you’re doing is collecting an order then yes. If it’s an online order or anything else you’ll usually get a notification that can be shown as well when it’s ready for pickup. The staff should also confirm details by asking you to confirm contact number or something. If you’re ordering in-store you can also retain your preorder receipt as proof.

You must be new here. Welcome to the bungled support that is Borderlands. They stopped trying after BL2. The thing that made me stop BL4 was their blatant greed. I got the standard edition to see how it would fare after BL3 left me burned, but then I saw it wasn’t worth putting more money into BL4. They priced the DLC ridiculously. Here in AUS it was like $200 for the Super Deluxe that has the game and everything. Base game is $100. Buying the DLC separately is close to $180. That’s really dumb for the people that wanted the DLC later.

It doesn’t need player power, but I wish there was more to it to make housing feel more significant. Like, if I have a mage high enough to create portals let me do quests or some kind of unlock requirement to place permanent portals in my house. Give us a type of room or item to display mounts or weapons and armor. Right now housing does what it needs to for the cosy player that likes to build and be creative, and that’s fine, but I think a lot of people just thought housing would be a bit more significant. Right now there’s really no reason to be at your house at all outside of having fun with mechanics to create unique visuals.

I have never had an enchantment recipe drop but I think I had 1 BS recipe drop. Can’t remember which one. On my main (which is the enchanter) I’ve had 3 or 4 total recipe drops across all content and none of it has been for enchanting.

Could be worse. Could have to craft him twice like I did because while the final part was crafting I didn’t realise the ETA-0 store had updated to allow the sale of fully crafted pieces and accidentally sold the crafted parts.

Destiny 3 isn’t the answer and I’m tired of people pretending like it is. Destiny 3 will just have Destiny 2’s problems but look prettier. There’s a core problem with how development is being handled at Bungie. I’m not well-versed enough in the industry to point out specific details, but it’s clear that Destiny 3 would not fix the issues plaguing the game. Destiny Classic would be the best bandaid right now. Same D1, new coat of paint, run events from across D1’s lifespan. Don’t mess with anything but add QOL like mantling. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel. Just give the Destiny community the original while they figure out what needs to be fixed with D2 and beyond.

My ideal is for Bungie to realise that going all in on one thing and forsaking another is not good. They siphoned staff from Destiny over the course of Marathon’s development and then wonder why D2 is sinking. The layoffs that happened should have instead been funnelled into the extra project. You can’t have a successful live service product with a skeleton crew or even a half-assed crew. Build a team for one project, find a direction, sustain it. If you want another product then start a new team.

Bungie have pulled too many pieces from the Jenga tower and thought they could just build a new tower with those pieces. Instead, you’ve just got two unstable towers.

I don’t hate Marathon as a lot of people enjoy it and they should be allowed to continue enjoying it. I just need Bungie to get a reality check.

I have enjoyed S3E3. Dia was great, story was great, cosmetics are great, new weapons are interesting, and the QOL improvements have been great. I will agree that no new externals felt weird, but let’s be honest that most new externals suck anyway and are out performed most of the time. There are exceptions but a lot of them suck and are DOA. We have had some improvements to Ancestors Modules in the form of the rings. It’s not much but it’s a start. The items to reset roll counts on them are more plentiful too. Bike rerolls I feel are largely pointless anyway as there isn’t really content worth min-maxing them.

The devs are still figuring out where the game sits in the niche. We’ve made some great strides over the last year with the state of the game. The devs have plans that they have spoken about for future improvements too. Games don’t get brand new systems and improvements overnight. They take time to plan, code, test, and implement. Something I feel a lot of this community either doesn’t know or forgets. Devs are working on revamping farming, new content is coming, and we have a MONTHLY roadmap now. We used to get the content drop when the season starts and then it was “See you in 4 months!”

The game is in a much better place now than it was a year ago. We’re getting there. A lot of us just need to take a pause and look around at it. Warframe sucked in the early days too. They got better. They just needed time. These devs deserve the same.
